About the Role

CHEP is transforming its digital customer service platform globally to create a true end-to-end customer engagement platform. As a Regional Implementation Manager for AMETA (Asia Pacific, India, Middle East, Turkiye and Africa), you will drive this change program and project manage the deployment and integration of the renewed digital customer service platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate between regional and global teams to ensure strategic alignment and execute the regional vision, representing regional requirements and driving process changes.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including extensive liaison and communication with stakeholders, to align regional strategies with enterprise goals and support global platform capabilities.
  • End-to-end project management, including timely delivery of project goals, risk identification and mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration, to ensure successful implementation.
  • Comprehensive training and support to regional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the new platform.
Requirements
  • Proven capability in managing the implementation of digital customer service platforms or similar.
  • A strong understanding of technology and customer flow in the digital space, with experience in delivering e-commerce solutions that focus on the customer experience.
  • Good project management experience, with the ability to drive, develop, and oversee plans from concept to delivery.
  • Experience with change management, with the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in and effectively embed and communicate change.
  • Proficiency in engaging, influencing, and building relationships with diverse stakeholders across different levels and cultures.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
