Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contracts Manager to join our team at Zenviron, a leading engineering, procurement, and construction services contractor. This is a permanent position that offers an attractive remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiating and managing contractual arrangements with clients and subcontractors;
  • Providing commercial, contractual, and procurement advice to the project management team;
  • Developing and implementing supplier management programs and benchmarking vendors;
  • Tracking and reviewing client contract conditions for projects and assisting in notice and claim preparations as required;
  • Highlighting major commercial, contractual, or procurement risks or issues to the Project Director and working towards a solution;
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and key supplier contacts regarding contractual and procurement-related matters;
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and deliverables;
  • Analysing project and subcontractor cost reports and forecasts.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in engineering, business, or a legal discipline;
  • Construction industry experience from EPCM, contractor, or client side;
  • Experience in planning and financial reporting, including variations;
  • Thorough knowledge of contractual documentation and procedures;
  • Demonstrated negotiation experience with clients and subcontractors;
  • The ability to build robust stakeholder relationships at all levels;
  • Strong communication skills, including written correspondence, reports, and instructions;
  • Team management experience (highly regarded); and
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
