Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

Zenviron is a joint venture between Monadelphous and ZEM Energy, a market leading engineering, procurement, and construction services contractor.

We are seeking a talented Procurement and Contracts Manager to work across our operations.

This role will be responsible for managing all activities related to the provision of construction and subcontractor contract management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, negotiating and managing contractual arrangements with clients and subcontractors;
  • Providing commercial, contractual and procurement advice to the project management team;
  • Developing and implementing supplier management programs and benchmarking of vendors;
  • Tracking and reviewing client contract conditions for projects and assisting in notice and claim preparations as required;
  • Highlighting any major commercial, contractual or procurement risks or issues to the Project Director and working to reach a solution;
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and key supplier contacts in relation to contractual and procurement related matters;
  • Ensuring that all commercial activities comply with contract terms and deliverables;
  • Analysing and utilising project and subcontractor cost reports and forecasts.

To be successful in this role, you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
