Procurement Specialist - Contract Negotiation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team as a Contract Negotiation Expert. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work on high-profile projects and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to achieve business objectives;
  • Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements with clients and subcontractors;
  • Provide commercial, contractual, and procurement advice to project management teams;
  • Manage supplier relationships and develop strategies to optimize vendor performance;
  • Analyze and report on project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and contract negotiation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or law;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and contract negotiation, preferably in the construction industry;
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and procurement planning;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
