About the Role

Are you a property development professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic organization? We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Development Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the property development team in delivering the property strategy. This will involve providing updates on insurance coverage for new properties and development sites, reviewing and maintaining registers of external property professionals, developing standard engagement and contracting terms, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the property development team in delivering the property strategy.

Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in property or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the property sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in project development.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel interstate.
