Lead Infrastructure Programmes in Sydney

We are seeking a senior professional to lead major schools infrastructure projects in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing multiple project teams.

About the Role:
  • You will have extensive experience (12+ years) delivering education and schools infrastructure projects in NSW.
  • Proven leadership experience at Project Director or equivalent level within consultancy or client-side roles is required.
  • You must have strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management are essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across major schools infrastructure programmes.
  • Act as the senior client interface, building and maintaining key relationships with School Infrastructure NSW and Department of Education.
  • Oversee multiple project teams and mentor senior staff.
  • Drive governance, risk management, and reporting across complex programs.
