Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team in Sydney or Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance with document control requirements and ensuring that all documents are properly stored, maintained, filed, and coded in accordance with management systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage commercial and technical documents.
  • C coordinate document control procedural activities, such as scanning of technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
  • Data entry into standard registers must be accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain a controlled Document Management System.
  • Liaise effectively with staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to distribute controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings.
