As a Document Management Specialist with UGL, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our document control processes.

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results in managing commercial and technical documents. If you have a strong understanding of document control processes and procedures, are proficient in using document management systems, and possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, we'd love to hear from you

In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring compliance with document control requirements, ensuring all documents are properly stored, maintained, filed, and coded in accordance with our management systems. You'll also coordinate document control procedural activities like scanning technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence, and maintain accurate data entry into our standard registers.

Liaising effectively with staff, subcontractors, and suppliers is key to your success in this role. You'll ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed accordingly.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
