Cross-Dock Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work as a cross-dock supervisor in our Melbourne-based warehouse.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with unloading trucks from interstate, scanning wine labels, and loading pallets ready for dispatch. They will also assist drivers with loading their vans and locating boxes until all drivers are on the road.
This is a physically demanding role that requires manual handling of wine boxes up to 16kg. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn about wine.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with unloading trucks from interstate
- Scan wine labels and load pallets ready for dispatch
- Assist drivers with loading their vans and locating boxes
- Manage the workflow to ensure efficient packing and dispatch
- Attention to detail
- Able to lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- No prior experience necessary, but a desire to learn is essential
