We are seeking an organised and proactive Loading Dock Coordinator to manage daily operations at the hospital's loading dock. This key role ensures efficient, safe, and compliant deliveries, collections, and logistics across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the loading dock, ensuring timely deliveries and dispatches
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to manage freight and logistics
  • Maintain compliance with workplace safety, manual handling, and infection control procedures
  • Ensure proper documentation and inventory tracking for all deliveries and collections
  • Supervise and coordinate access to the loading dock, managing congestion and scheduling
About You
  • Experience in warehouse, loading dock, or logistics coordination (ideally in a healthcare or complex facility environment)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • A commitment to safety and compliance
  • Computer literacy and experience with inventory or delivery systems is highly desirable
