We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and return to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' daily living, home, worksite, functional, and ergonomic needs.
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees in returning to work.
Requirements:
- Australian recognized degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or Physiotherapy.
- Ability to travel with a current vehicle and driver's license.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Determination to consistently provide high-quality customer service.
- Keen sense of punctuality and effective time management skills.
