We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor/ Psychologist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting veterans who have sustained injury, illness or trauma.
Your Role:
- Use your clinical expertise to support veterans in achieving rehabilitation goals and readiness for civilian life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical specialists, treatment providers and other stakeholders to facilitate recovery and return to function.
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans for clients, becoming a portfolio expert.
- Perform assessments and services including vocational assessments, job readiness and vocational counselling.
What You'll Bring:
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body.
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
- Strong clinical reasoning and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people rehabilitate and thrive.
- Occupational rehabilitation experience is essential.
- Experience working with Military, Veteran or Emergency Services clients is highly desirable.
