A leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services in Australia seeks a skilled Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join their dynamic team in Melbourne.
- The ideal candidate will provide vocational counselling, job placement and assessment services predominantly within the WorkCover, TAC, ComCare and Life Insurance schemes.
- This includes collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical and allied health professionals to achieve common goals.
- Manage cases and develop programs to prevent workplace injuries and promote workplace safety.
- Support individuals with injuries or health conditions to recover and reintegrate into the workforce.
- Perform diverse assessments to diagnose, support treatment plans, address psychosocial obstacles to employment, and identify suitable job opportunities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or other relevant Allied Health Disciplines.
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
