We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to provide vocational counselling and assessment services, helping clients achieve their goals and return to work.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments to identify client strengths and weaknesses
- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans to support clients in achieving their employment goals
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes
- Degree in an appropriate Allied Health field (e.g. Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Psychology)
- Professional registration/membership/accreditation with a suitable governing body
- Experience in occupational/vocational rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
