Job Title: Merchandise Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Merchandise Team Member to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:

This is a key role within our warehouse operations team. As a Merchandise Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is accurately stocked, displayed, and maintained at all times.

  • You will work closely with our supervisors and managers to determine merchandising plans and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks, step stools, wheeled bins, trash compactors, cardboard balers, sticker marking guns, shrink wrap machines, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and cutters.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stocking and displaying merchandise on shelves and in display areas.
  • Receiving and processing shipments of merchandise.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments as needed to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school certificate or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with AS400 and basic math skills.
  • Ability to operate vehicles, equipment, or machinery.
