Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant. The role involves providing exceptional service and ensuring the cleanliness of our rooms, common areas, and facilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deep cleans and cyclical cleaning of rooms and common areas
  • Providing friendly, personalized customer service
  • Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Working effectively in a team environment
  • Maintaining an excellent work ethic and reliability

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 7-day availability, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous experience in a similar position or industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • A genuine interest in the hospitality industry
