Executive Leadership Opportunity

The Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President is driving the strategic direction of a major Australian university, providing leadership, oversight and advice on governance, planning, communication and stakeholder engagement.

This pivotal role supports the Vice-Chancellor and Chief of Staff in the effective operation and influence of the Office, while contributing to the development and delivery of strategic communications engaging diverse audiences with clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering strategic communications that engage diverse audiences with clarity and impact.
  • Preparing reports, proposals and briefings for executive and governance audiences, including analysis of complex information such as financial data.
  • Leading projects and providing evidence-based recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.

The ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualifications or extensive executive or management experience, with demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic communications, engage diverse audiences and prepare reports.

The successful applicant will also be able to lead and coordinate strategic projects, manage operational functions, and support divisional strategies to drive business growth and success.
