Paid Social Media Manager

LION Digital is seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our Paid Media team. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for the tactical development and execution of Search advertising for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns across Meta Business Manager and associated platforms.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to ensure optimal ROI through continuous improvements and innovation in the Paid Social channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage skills and experience to enhance campaign performance.
- Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to inform campaign decisions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure campaign goals are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing, managing budgets $3k - $20k+ per month.
- Good knowledge of Meta Business Manager and associated platforms.
- Ideal candidate will have working knowledge in TikTok, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk.
- Analytical skills with familiarity in using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
