Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking a highly skilled Activation Executive to join our team. As an Activation Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social campaigns and programmatic media buying.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Setup and Optimization: Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Budget Management: Allocate budgets wisely, manage bids, and target audiences to drive maximum performance and ROI.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to spot trends and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media dashboards is essential.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present detailed performance reports for clients, showcasing key metrics like ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to find the winning formulas.
- Client Liaison: Keep clients updated on campaign performance, gather feedback, and tweak strategies to meet their goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and clients to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Experience: 1+ years managing paid social campaigns. Bonus if you have experience with programmatic media buying.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, budget management, and optimization skills. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Certifications: Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, or similar certifications are a bonus.
