About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Advertising Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and executing social media advertising strategies across a range of industries, including hair and beauty, food retail, flowers and gifts, and fast fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve core business KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns across campaigns and develop data-driven insights.
- Write and design creative ad copy to engage target audiences.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
- Proven track record of delivering successful social media advertising campaigns.
