Job Overview

The Role

This position requires someone who is tenacious and flexible with a strong drive to succeed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs
  • Creating engaging training materials, such as presentations and documentation
  • Providing one-on-one coaching and support to staff members
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on training activities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in training and development, preferably in an end-to-end payroll processing environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
