Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Training and Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in training, support, and project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, providing exceptional support to retail staff, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs to ensure staff have the necessary skills to operate Buy It Right (BIR) effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support to retail staff, addressing queries, and troubleshooting issues related to BIR and the pharmacy point-of-sale system.
  • Work closely with the team to monitor progress, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve their performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including user guides and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and support roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and change management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certification in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
