Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Manager to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting. The successful candidate will have over 4 years of experience in fund operations and/or registry, ideally with an unlisted and/or Alternative assets background.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, comfortable with online business tools, and a fast learner as they will need to adapt to our custom-developed platform. They will also possess strong attention to detail, initiative, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all aspects of the platform via online administration tools.
  • Perform regular calculations and checks on incoming and outgoing payments/prices across all clients.
  • Ensure payments are made to and collected from clients and send correct communication to clients.
  • Be aware of all operational aspects of the business and ensure it meets all operational requirements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, prepare regulatory filings, and help prepare trust accounts.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and streamlining of processes.
  • Assist clients with any operational queries they may have.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
