We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior People Systems Project Analyst.

  • This is a fixed-term position for approximately 15 months.
  • Located at Melbourne (Bundoora) Campus.
About the Position

The Senior People Systems Project Analyst plays a critical role within the Enterprise Resource Planning team. The successful candidate will drive the implementation of a new cloud-based HCM solution in collaboration with Information Services and external vendors.

This position requires active stakeholder engagement across the university, participation in requirements and design workshops, as well as ensuring data integrity through validation and remediation efforts.

The analyst is responsible for developing and executing test cases for user acceptance testing, coordinating with stakeholders for successful solution delivery, and maintaining robust documentation.

The role also involves presenting critical insights and risks, leading knowledge transfer sessions, and supporting process documentation to ensure a smooth transition to the future state systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation of a new cloud-based HCM solution.

Requirements

Candidates should possess deep expertise in contemporary HCM systems such as SuccessFactors.

They should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Additionally, they should be adept at transforming data from various sources into actionable insights while maintaining a thorough understanding of People & Culture processes, systems, and regulations, including Enterprise Agreements and their technical implications.

Furthermore, they should be knowledgeable about system integrations, including APIs and middleware, and excel in stakeholder management, collaborative relationship building, and the creation of user guides, process documentation, system specifications, as well as providing training and support to users.
