Forensic Mental Health Counsellor

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide community-based individual dual diagnosis mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) counselling to complex and high-risk forensic clients.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to further develop their counselling and intervention skills with a client group requiring high levels of support, whilst being supported by a highly experienced team of clinicians and leaders.

Clinical supervision is provided regularly through our Professional Practice & Supervision team.

The successful applicant will possess a tertiary qualification in psychology, registration within the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), a current and valid Police Check, and a valid Working with Children's Check.

A minimum 0.8 full-time position is desirable.
