Job Title: Service Administrator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to our clients in Sydney.
Main Responsibilities- High-volume billing of client invoices generated from Simplex products business unit.
- Maintaining the Simplex client central inbox and customer service line.
- Logging maintenance calls relating to Simplex products business.
- Assisting CRM system maintenance and updating sales opportunities.
- Allocating parts and pricing materials on invoices.
- Processing credits notes and resolving debt disputes.
- SUPPORTING SERVICE OPERATIONS TEAM WITH CLIENT INVOICE REQUIREMENTS.
- Administering purchase orders for timely supply and receipt of goods and services.
- 1-2 years administration or customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, with solid communication skills.
- Prior exposure to high volume billing/invoicing using ERP systems, preferably Pronto.
- High degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft products.
- Excellent co-ordination & time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to work as part of a team and act autonomously.
- FIRE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.
