Sydney Contract Administration Position

This role is for a Senior Contracts Administrator who will work on Commercial building projects in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and documentation of subcontracts, as well as assessing variations and claims.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or an equivalent qualification, and experience working on commercial construction projects in NSW. They will also have extensive knowledge of managing packages on commercial construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
The position offers a genuine opportunity for a transition to a longer term/ permanent role. To be considered for this role, you must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of relevant subcontracts
- Administration and documentation
- Assessing variations and claims
- Profit budget forecasting
- Financial control reporting
- Regular client interfacing
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
- Experience working on commercial construction projects in NSW
- Extensive understanding and proven background managing packages on commercial construction projects throughout full project lifecycle
