B2B Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

  • This hands-on role involves creating targeted campaigns, professional content, social media, email marketing, industry events, and PR opportunities that bring the organisation's story to life.
  • You will be responsible for producing engaging content that speaks to veterinary professionals, delivering brand-building initiatives that position the organisation as a leader in emergency and critical care, and helping to connect the organisation with industry colleagues, partners, and future team members who share its commitment to better patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation – Plan, manage, and optimise Meta ad campaigns to reach and engage veterinary professionals.
  • Content Creation & Publishing – Write blogs, job ads, case studies, and professional updates. Collaborate with veterinary teams to create stories, testimonials, and branded visuals that highlight expertise and collaborative care.
  • Social Media & Email Marketing – Manage and schedule organic posts across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Build and send email campaigns and newsletters via ActiveCampaign, testing and refining for optimal engagement.
  • Industry Events & Engagement – Support the organisation's presence at veterinary expos, CPD events, and university engagement activities.
  • Brand, Communications & PR Support – Ensure tone and visual consistency across all B2B and recruitment marketing. Support the creation of branded materials, coordinate media opportunities, and develop PR content that elevates the organisation's industry profile.

Requirements:

  • Experience – 2+ years in marketing or communications, with proven skills in digital campaigns, social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
  • Tech Skills – Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and WordPress.
  • Communication Skills – Strong writing ability, with a knack for professional, brand-aligned storytelling.
  • Mindset – Organised, self-motivated, collaborative, and curious — always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
