Job Title:

Outside School Hours Care Area Coordinator

About the Role:

This is an entry-level opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to manage people and programs in our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multiple services within a cluster of OSHC sites
  • Manage service coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
  • Monitor service quality and provide support to resolve any issues or challenges
  • Liaise between parents, educators, and management to maintain positive relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and guide service teams to create a collaborative work environment
Requirements:
  • Diploma or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. children's services, social services, education, business administration, etc.)
  • Previous experience in coordinating multiple services or programs is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with focus on building positive relationships
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership qualities with ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals

  • Ability to travel within the region as needed
  • A reliable vehicle
