About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who can lead a team of employment consultants across multiple sites. You will be responsible for overseeing various locations, facilitating staff training and development, developing strategies for service enhancement, and leveraging systems to analyze performance metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of multiple Employment Service Areas (ESAs) with offices in various locations
  • Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
  • Facilitating staff training and development to ensure high-quality, person-centered services
  • Developing strategies, programs, and partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
  • Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyze and monitor individual, site, and area performance and quality metrics
  • Ensuring achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
  • Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
  • Representing the organization in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in leadership and management, preferably within the employment services sector
  • Passion for people with disability succeeding in employment and education
  • Success-driven individual with the ability to achieve performance targets and manage budgets
  • Problem-solver with the ability to develop innovative strategies to generate sustainable employment opportunities
  • Relationship builder who can develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Quality-focused individual with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement within a quality framework
  • Tech-savvy and confident in using a range of data, systems, and reports
