Regional Employment Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Area Manager. This position will see you leading and motivating a team of employment consultants across multiple sites, supporting them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance.

The successful applicant will have oversight of Grampians VIC and South East SA ESAs with offices in Horsham, Stawell, Bordertown, Millicent, Mt Gambier, Naracoorte, Port MacDonnell.

• Liaising with site managers to ensure high-quality services are provided
• Mentoring and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
• Facilitating staff training and development to ensure provision of person-centred services
• Developing strategies to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
• Analysing and monitoring individual, site, and area performance and quality metrics
• Ensuring achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
• Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
• Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services

• Experience in leadership and management, ideally within the employment services sector
• Passion for supporting people with disability to succeed in employment and education
• Ability to drive results and manage budgets effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to develop innovative solutions
• Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Focus on continuous improvement within a quality framework
• Proficiency in using data, systems, and reports to inform decision-making
