Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team and drive the delivery of high-quality employment services.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple sites, supporting a team of employment consultants in their work with people with disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of employment consultants to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.
  • Facilitate staff training and development to ensure the provision of person-centred services.
  • Develop strategies and programs to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities.
  • Analyse and monitor individual, site, and area performance metrics using systems and reports.
  • Ensure achievement of internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success.
  • Represent the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services.

Required Skills:

  • Leadership and management experience, ideally within the employment services sector.
  • Passion for people with disability succeeding in employment and education.
  • Ability to achieve performance targets and manage budgets.
  • Problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies for sustainable employment opportunities.
  • Relationship-building skills to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Quality focus with emphasis on continuous improvement within a quality framework.
  • Tech-savvy with confidence in using data, systems, and reports.
