Job Role Overview

The role of the Area Manager is to lead and motivate a team of employment consultants across multiple sites to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Grampians VIC and South East SA ESAs.
  • Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants.
  • Facilitating staff training and development.
  • Developing strategies, programs and partnerships to enhance service delivery.
  • Leveraging systems, tools and reports to analyse performance.

Achievement of Performance Benchmarks

Ensure achievement of internal and external performance benchmarks, foster a positive team culture and represent the organisation in the local community.

We are looking for individuals who are experienced in leadership and management, passionate about people with disability succeeding in employment and education, success driven with the ability to achieve performance targets and possess relevant skills and qualifications.
