Job Title: Regional Operations Lead

This leadership role requires oversight of multiple sites and teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Grampians VIC and South East SA ESAs with offices in Horsham, Stawell, Bordertown, Millicent, Mt Gambier, Naracoorte, Port MacDonnell
  • Lead and empower a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
  • Facilitate staff training and development to ensure the provision of high-quality, person-centred services
  • Develop strategies, programs, and partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
  • Analyse and monitor individual, site, and area performance and quality metrics using systems, tools, and reports
  • Achieve internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
  • Represent the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services
