Training Officer Position Available

We are seeking a skilled training professional to support the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. As a Training Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering effective training programs that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and align training programs using the ADDIE framework to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Develop engaging, up-to-date content that aligns with industry best practices.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and create targeted learning solutions to address skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and relevant.
  • Act as the central point of contact for training and support inquiries.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions across various formats, including e-learning, virtual, and blended.
  • Lead training sessions to empower internal teams and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor training outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and refine programs as needed to improve overall performance.
  • Support system change and transformation initiatives by ensuring accessibility of training materials and resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment is mandatory.
  • Experience designing and delivering training for large-scale technology projects, preferably ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong content development skills, including experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia.
  • Background in learning & development, system implementations, or transformation projects is essential.
  • Experience with TechOne or similar systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
