Job Title:

Data Systems Trainer

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, managing and delivering training sessions for our core information management systems. A key focus of this role will be to continuously improve and keep up-to-date with relevant changes in our systems.

This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure each training session is completed to a high standard. Training sessions will include new starter system training, regular system training, and ad-hoc training requirements as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in an engaging and accessible way. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs for our information management systems
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and feedback
Requirements:
