Channel Management Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our sales channels and stakeholders. You will be responsible for end-to-end management & performance of AGL third-party sales channels, including onboarding of new partners, for all Energy & Telco products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by delivering sales objectives and processes to ensure sales performance and quality goals are met
  • Manage cost per sale of the channel(s) and optimize activity for greater efficiency
  • Ensure quality and compliance of all sales through effective compliance and channel management framework
  • Develop channel capability to drive 'high value' sales performance, embedding CVP (Customer Value Proposition) and service benefits in partner training programs
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, owning processes and ensuring accountability for optimal sales outcomes

Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management capabilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills with ability to present and influence across all levels of management
  • Strong numeracy and analytical capability
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Commercial negotiation skills
