Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care services that make a positive impact on people's lives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and effectively manage time. They must also have the ability to support participants to achieve social and self-care goals.

In this rewarding role, you will provide individualized support services and direct care for people with disabilities. This includes supporting clients in community participation programs, providing accurate incident reports, progress notes, and shift handovers, as well as assisting with domestic activities and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Certificate III in Individual Supports /Disability Cert IV or equivalent
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Current Working With Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current Australian Driver's License
