  • Commercial acumen and ability to drive sales and costs figures, with a focus on profit maximization.
  • Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing diverse teams and operations, with a strong emphasis on talent development.
  • Demonstrable drive to succeed, continuously seeking best practice in store management and customer service.
  • Creative flare and innovative retail strategies, with a flair for visual merchandising and product presentation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to rise to the dynamic fast pace of retail through effective organisation and time planning.
