Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the organization's security and risk management program, ensuring alignment with regulations like GDPR, DORA, and internal policies.
- Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with internal teams and MSSPs, and design security solutions tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Promote security awareness through training, simulations, and assessments, and define and support technical, procedural, and organisational risk controls.
Requirements:
- Strong background in information security, risk management, and compliance, with experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Holds or is working toward certifications such as CISSP or CISM, and skilled in incident response, threat analysis, and mitigation strategies.
- Familiar with frameworks like ISO27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and GDPR, and possesses excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and lead teams.
- Proactive, curious, and able to think like an adversary to anticipate threats, and comfortable working in agile environments and scaling security functions.
