Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior identity and access management expert to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of complex security solutions at scale. The successful candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen our security posture and streamline secure access across our global environment.

This role requires a deep understanding of identity governance workflows, role-based access control (RBAC) models, and automated identity lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and optimizing RBAC models, enforcing security controls for GitHub repository management, and building automated security configurations using Terraform/Open Tofu, Cloud Formation, and Python scripting.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive cloud security assessments, identifying misconfigurations, excessive privileges, and areas of risk. Additionally, they will develop and maintain automated security configurations, policy enforcement, and ensure secure and compliant CI/CD pipeline access.

A key aspect of this role is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security gaps, ensuring that our infrastructure and applications are secure and meet industry standards.
