We are accredited installers of a wide range of quality security products and specialize in the Strata sector. Our goal is to be the best in strata security, always prioritizing our clients' needs.

We started as a family business and have grown to be a trusted security company in the Greater Sydney Area. We now require an experienced, full time installer/service technician to join the team

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Technician. The role is based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Security Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various security systems (intercom, access control and CCTV). Day-to-day tasks will involve ensuring all installations are done to customer and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in troubleshooting and various systems (Inner Range and other access control, CCTV, Intercom and Networking)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in security technology or a related field are a plus
