Customer Service Representative
Are you a people person with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service at the airport terminal, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to boarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correctly checking in guests
- Rebooking flights
- Directing guests as they board or disembark the aircraft
- Handling flight disruptions and cancellations
- Boarding gate duties including boarding gate announcements
- Assisting additional needs guests
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or check-in experience (specifically using a computerized system)
- Previous experience within the aviation/airline industry
- Customer focus to deliver exceptional service
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Available to work a rotating shift roster including weekends
- Safety conscious
- Positive attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- A valid driver's license
