
Airport Passenger Service Representative

The Service Delivery Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless passenger service operations. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to client airlines while meeting their specific service requirements.
This position entails handling passenger check-ins and other duties related to passenger services for our esteemed airline partners.
You will also be responsible for assisting passengers during disrupted or delayed services, promoting a positive company image through your grooming, behavior, and service delivery, and adhering to all regulatory requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with your colleagues, and contribute to achieving excellent on-time performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Familiarity with Mandarin or Cantonese language is essential for effective communication with passengers.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of handling difficult situations and high-volume personalized customer service.
- Ability to handle baggage weighing up to 32kg and provide assistance to special needs passengers as required.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
