Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position.

This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of our bigger organisation.

You will take ownership of the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Production Workshop Management: Ensure that the workshop operates efficiently and effectively to meet targets and quality standards.
  2. Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  3. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  4. Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure that the site operates profitably and prepare and review financial reports using the tools provided to understand site performance.
  5. Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on-site, ensure staffing levels and processes are in place, and proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  6. Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, following all WHS policies and procedures, and reporting and addressing safety incidents/near misses immediately.
