Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our leadership team as a Business Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of our front-end store, including customer service, inventory management, stakeholder communication, and people and culture.
  • The position requires strong financial judgment and the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • A key aspect of the role is to maintain effective day-to-day store operations and determine stock levels to ensure smooth sales and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in business or management; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration is preferable.
  • At least one year of retail management experience is mandatory.
  • Motivation to inspire team members for excellence.
  • Good time management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
