**Job Summary**

In this critical position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll and HR services while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your key duties will include:

  • Processing accurate and timely payrolls for up to 80 staff members;
  • Interpreting awards and providing guidance on statutory obligations;
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees and developing comprehensive manuals for new starters;
  • Collaborating with the OHS Manager to maintain and update safety and medical documentation;

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in full-function payroll management;
  • An understanding of payroll legislation and ability to interpret agreements and awards;
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
