Job Title: HR Generalist and Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-focused professional to join our team as an HR Generalist and Payroll Specialist in Brisbane. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable function, including requisition submissions, purchase order creation, invoice receipt, and payment requests using Workday. Additionally, they will review and approve employee expense claims submitted via Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

In terms of payroll, the successful candidate will manage and process end-to-end payroll operations in a timely and accurate manner. They will deliver exceptional customer service by resolving employee payroll-related queries promptly and process and manage leave requests, ensuring accurate leave balances are maintained.

The HR Generalist and Payroll Specialist will also support the HR team with day-to-day administration activities such as analyzing data, verifying records, assisting with invoicing and file management. They will assist in organizing people engagement events and activities, including coordinating vendors, and maintain employee records, including processing new employee data.
