This is an exciting opportunity to take on a critical role in the property acquisition process. As a Property Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing residential properties that meet our clients' investment goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Australian property market, including current trends and opportunities. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire residential properties that meet client objectives
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about current market trends and opportunities
  • Nurture relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other industry professionals
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments and wealth-building strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the Australian property market and current market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of commercial acumen and analytical skills
