Senior Property Lawyer

The position involves delivering a high level of legal advice to clients in property development matters. This includes site acquisitions and due diligence, titling, built form and land development work including the preparation of off-the-plan contract documentation, and managing large residential or mixed-use developments.

Key responsibilities include providing timely and commercially sound advice to clients, conducting effective legal research and analysis, and developing an understanding of client operations and strategy. Additionally, the role requires mentoring and developing junior staff, as well as continual professional development and management of MCLE requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in site acquisitions and due diligence, titling, built form and land development work, and managing large residential or mixed-use developments. A self-starter's attitude, ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team, excellent attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and networking skills are also essential.
